Kew Bridge by Viridian Apartments

Property was great and in a great location close to Kew

The toilet kept running, fixing was going to be a replacement as it was a in wall cistern

Good location, clean and tidy, friendly stuff

The drying function of the washing machine (which was previously advertised in conversation) did not work, which led to unexpected inconvenience for us.

Great Property ideal location for us

Both showers in the bedrooms aren’t working properly

Really quaint and quirky place but the finish and furniture are superb. Great location to use as a base and close to good rail and tube services.

Not a thing

The location was great, close to bus stops, walking distance to coffee shops, mini markets, two museums (musical and water), and more. The house was great, bigger then anticipated and quite comfortable with an amazing view.

At night there are some street lamps aligned with the house and the lack of proper (blackout) blinds meant the room was quite lit. That can make it difficult to fall a sleep. We also missed some kitchen towels and a table cloth - with kids and eating in house that would definitely had helped, and as this was a short stay we didn't went to buy one of course 😅

Very comfy bed and living room/kitchen setup, bathroom was beautiful too. The building felt very safe and close enough to transport links that central London wasn't too far. Great deal from Airbnb otherwise would have been too pricey.

Not many basic cupboard amenities, no oil, only small packets of salt and pepper, only a couple teabags. Felt like it was more tailored for a hotel-like stay than a few days. Hot water in the shower was too hot, difficult to change Couldn't figure out the thermostat but the windows helped to ventilate when needed.

Locatoin was great and they could add the extra free tickets to the Kew garderns. All the others are doing it next to them. But it was a great property

The toiletries were only given once we were there for almost 9 days and didnt last long for four people. they should have atlest left 4 sets in the begining itself. u know for a short stay we cant buy as it adds extra load. dont call on the weekends as they have outsourced it to an agency whcih is really really BAD. instead just email to them the response is better from the weekend agent is better.
