Cleaning is very poor and should be more often Check in is ok not preferred they wanted to charge 50 GBP for 30 min earlier check in for 16 days stay very weird. but check out is too early doesn’t give a room for anything to do this day specially if you have flights

Location was good, a quick walk to the station. Provided with tea, coffee , milk capsules, washing liquid, washing machine capsules x2, all cutlery, pans were available. Clean apartment.

I could not control the temperature in the apartment, there was no fan provided and no tv subscription. The shower controls were hard to turn.

Stunning apartment in an excellent location overlooking the Thames and close to Kew gardens. Easy access to transport to Richmond

Difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower as the tap was very stiff. Temperature ranged from boiling to absolutely boiling . Beds comfortable but not king size as I read in the details

Gorgeous, spacious and cosy apartment in a converted church which used to be a musical museum! Right by the river, close to Kew Bridge. It’s well maintained and parking close by next to Travelodge was around £9 for 24hrs. It’s worth calling Veridian for a chat if you are not sure how things work but they do provide a booklet with some instructions. They are very friendly and knowledgable. Cleaners were thorough and polite.

The price wa a bit expensive and we did push the boat out but it was worth it in the end.

Spacious and nice location to explore the inner surrey area. Kitchen and lounge area very spacious and in good nick.

We stayed in apt 6... The facilities are cheap, uncomfortable and in some cases not working. Air con for example looks deliberately non-functioning. So we had to leave the windows open and it's too noisy out on the street for that. Second shower the temp tap was broken so we couldn't use that shower. The second bathroom also has no circulation and desperately needs a fan. The TV kept cutting out especially for online platforms so we couldn't use that either. The beds are tiny! Smallest double bed I've ever seen with cheap uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. So we slept very poorly.

Well maintained properly in a prime location. It’s actually inside a converted church, made the experience quite unique. Modern property wit all amenities.
