Power in the kitchen and living was off when I checked in. It took almost 1 hr to get this solved. Help from service team came very late. When Lights in bathroom for master bed is on the lights in bed room goes off.

The apartment was spacious and modern - it really cool to stay in a historic church! The kitchen and laundry appliances were all new and in working order. The beds were really nice and there were plenty of chairs - we definitely could have used another sofa in the very large living room area. The interior lighting was interesting. The windows were nice quality and the balcony was useful, a nice place to hang out in the evening. There was a nice view of the River Thames from the kitchen. I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in to a sudden rainstorm. Management was able to provide me with access to the apartment so that I didn't have to stand out in the pouring rain - very much appreciated!

There was a bit of a heat wave during the first 3 days of our stay and the air conditioning was grossly inadequate, with only a few small vents in the entire apartment that barely provided any airflow. It was very warm inside the apartment and we found ourselves sweating during the day when we were in the apartment, even with all of the windows and balcony door open. We found the thermostat controls in the storage closet, but they weren't adjustable. The daytime temperatures in the apartment were between 26 and 29 C for most of the stay - way too warm. We asked if management could provide a few portable fans, but there was no reply... Luckily the weather cooled down on the last day of our stay. There is a nice outdoor courtyard and entry area, but there is no outdoor furniture or shade. I am a friendly person, but the housekeeping staff struggled to even return a simple greeting when I would see them in passing; left me with an uneasy feeling. They appeared inconvenienced by my presence. There were 2 cutting knives provided upon arrival but they were completely dull and there was no cutting/chopping board; a seemingly small inconvenience, but made it very awkward to prepare meals with my children. I asked for new knives and a cutting/chopping board. Housekeeping provided new knives after a couple days, but not a cutting/chopping board. We were left to very carefully chop our food on top of plates. It is customary for salt, pepper, and cooking oil to be provided in an apartment like this, however it was not. The guest room sink was clogged and the toilet paper holders were falling apart. Both showers had loose/broken control knobs. One of the lampshades was broken in the guest room. The tiled floors were obviously freshly mopped but still not very clean, even on the first day. Our feet would get dirty just from walking around in the apartment. The tiled floors could use a deep clean.

This apartment was very comfortable to stay in terms of ease of access, space, layout, and applicances available (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc). It was perfect for a family stay and the location was very convenient. We stayed during a heatwave and while it was very hot - to no fault of theirs since UK properties are not usually built with A/C - they provided fans for us in advance for our comfort in each bedroom. I will definitely rebook this property.

The property gets really hot when the weather outside is hot. Overall cleanliness was quite good, however, more care can be taken as there were visible food stains on the wall, and the floor can be cleaned more throughly (socks were black after walking on floor).

Comfortable, spacious apartment with good decor and high end design touches

Poor management let the place down. The blind didn't open in the bedroom, the shower wouldn't go cold, the room temperature couldn't be set below 27degrees, the front door didn't open until the minute of check in so I had to spend 15 minutes sitting in the corridor.

de 24-uurs service is niet echt 24-uurs service, soms een dag wachten voor antwoord en dan was het vervolgens ook nog eens dagen wachten op oplossing problemen. Wel blijven de contactpersonen aardig en geduldig, maar dat wil nog niet zeggen dat er oplossingen komen. De problemen: veel te warm! 30 graden op dag van buiten 30 graden en de volgende dagen graadje voor graadje minder maar bleef warm. Alle raamopeningen zitten aan één kant, en de ramen waren grotendeels afgezet met perspex als valbeveiliging. Er was daarom bijna geen luchtstroom om te kunnen afkoelen; bovendien erg lawaaierig met de ramen open in de nacht aan straatzijde. Er is een warmtepomp maar gaf helemaal geen koeling. De thermostaten van beide douches waren kapot en stonden bij aankomst veel te heet, Pijnlijk zelfs, bij een appartement van 30 graden was dat erg vervelend. Pas op de vierde of vijfde dag kwam er een monteur en vanaf toen werkten ze eigenlijk nog niet (draaien door) maar was het in ieder geval minder heet. Geen kledinghangers in de kasten, kwamen ook pas op de vijfde dag. Tegels in badkamers waren niet afgedaan, er hing shampoo en tandpasta op en de beide toiletten liepen constant door, waardoor ze ook flink aanslag hadden (met zwarte schimmel) onder de randen. de poetsers werkten echter wel hard, een half uur met drie man sterk - Het wordt gewoon slecht gemanaged. Zo jammer want op zich zijn de appartementen ruim, betreft het een mooi gebouw en staat het geheel op een erg leuke plek.
