Good location, two roads away from family for xmas. Basics provided-pots, crockery, utensils, towels, bedding, etc. Bring tea towels. Spacious, upstairs was the best room as it was nice and warm. Staff on hand for support.

Apartment itself had a lot of things broken. Livingroom/dining area didn't really heat up in the evenings and it was FREEZING. In laws mentioned that there was a bad sewage smell in their bathroom downstairs.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e ben attrezzato. Ampio soggiorno con cucina completa di forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Disponibili anche detersivi, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro. Due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene, utilizzando spesso la cucina. Fermata autobus per il centro di Londra a 3 minuti a piedi; metropolitana raggiungibile in autobus o con una passeggiata di 15–20 minuti.

All’arrivo c’è stato un piccolo disguido con il numero dell’appartamento, ma una ragazza delle pulizie è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ha subito contattato chi di dovere, risolvendo rapidamente il problema.

Oryginalne, duże mieszkanie, przestrzeni było dużo a dwie łazienki bardzo ułatwiały wieczorną kąpiel. Łóżka wygodne, pościel też, niewiele mebli więc nie zagracone. Było się gdzie podziać. W miarę czysto ale z zastrzeżeniami.

Mały zgrzyt w obsłudze, zgłosiłem niedziałające gniazdka a w odpowiedzi dostałem instrukcje co mam robić. W efekcie zamiast włączyć gniazda, rozmroziłem zamrażalnik. Wydaje mi się, że obsługa jak sama nazwa mówi jest po to, żeby obsłużyć klienta, nie po to żeby klient dokonywał napraw samodzielnie. Wygląda jakby obsługa dbała o lokal w bardzo minimalnym zakresie, w temacie czystości również.

Clean and good size rooms in a Lovely location

Unfortunately set of towels missing and to a couple of calls to get that sorted the next day. Blinds broken and toilet in ensuite constantly running. Also we were unable to turn the hotwater down easily...it was very very hot.. One. Of my. Guests scolded herself in the shower...

A few issues with regulating the temperature and the water temperature

Space across the appartment and the architecture of the converted church. Kitchen looked great even though we didn't stay long enough to really use it. Access to the appartment was easy after we figured out the initial way in.

Bathroom tended to get steamed up and either wasn't any de-humidifer or we couldn't find it to operate it. Temperature settings in the main kitchen / main room area didn't appear to be working but was fine in the bedroom areas.
