Kew Bridge by Viridian Apartments

The location was perfect, not too far out of the way, not too close to a lot of people

The heating could be a bit better. It was a bit cold as the thermostat was difficult to adjust. Just a minor inconvenience.

Clean and modern good location and size

Incredibly rude and unhelpful hosts which ruined what could have been a lovely stay They agreed a check-in time and then changed it even though I had their confirmation in a message. They advertised paring but it is at the nearby travelodge and subject to availability Internet was down for a full day and night so couldn't work when needed and there was no phone signal in the apartment so we couldn't receive calls or use data at all They didn't tell us there are steps at the front and the access lift isn't working so very difficult entering with a pram. The door code didn't always work so we were stuck outside with a baby and had to phone them again they were super rude about the whole thing

The property was stunning but our arrival left us in a state of shock. After a 14 hours flight, we got to the apartment after sundown. When we went into the apartment, it had not been cleaned since the last guests checked out and there was no one available to clean the apartment until the next day. After a few calls and email, they finally put us up in an alternative apartment which was 5 km away. The alternative apartment was smaller but nice. We were so traumatised by our arrival that we requested to continue staying at the alternative apartment, but they could not accommodate. So we moved back to the apartment in Brentford. They gave us a choice to return to our original apartment or go to a different apartment one floor lower. We chose to move to the lower apartment. It was then that we realised that because the property was converted from a former church, the apartments on the lower floors are much nicer because of the structure of the building. The original apartment was on 2nd Floor, while the one we moved into was on the 1st floor. Those on the ground floor even have outdoor sitting areas. We enjoyed the rest of our stay.

When we chose the property, we should have trusted the reviews. Many of the reviews already highlight some issues. But handing over the apartment uncleaned was un acceptable. We continued to have hot water issues that was eventually fixed on day 4 of our 9 day stay.

The location was perfect. Close to shops and Kew gardens. Everything was clean and in place and the rooms were very spacious.

There’s no parking in premises and also Uner drivers does not have a proper place to pick up and drop off.
