"Agreat place to stay."

Room size amazing. Staff super helpful.. It was quiet which suited us as my wife was doing a 53k walk on the Saturday.. Location was excellent for us. And the breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order.

Breakfast could have had more options as my wife likes continental style. Bar could have been open later. Small niggles overall.

Well presented hotel with modern rooms. Great location for beach, old town shops and pubs. Chine short walk away. Nicely cooked breakfast options. Helpful staff. Adequate parking.

"Lovely Overnight Stay at The Fig Tree"

My husband stayed here on a recent visit to the Isle of Wight. He had a comfortable stay including breakfast and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. He commented that the inside of the hotel and the service was very good.

However, the signage from the rear car park to reception is sadly lacking (an A4 sheet in a plastic wallet pinned to a post) doesn't exactly give the right impression on arrival. The land/garden on route to reception could also do with some TLC. Attention to detail!

"Comfortable, friendly and fun"

Whole place was clean comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast options were great and there was plenty of it. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Julia and Lucas who really made our stay enjoyable. Lucas could not do enough to help us and was great company in the bar 😁

Nothing really would stay there again
