"Definitely stay there again."

Everything. All lovely staff. Very helpful. The hotel was immaculate everywhere and good, free car parking. Only 6 minutes’ walk to shops and bars etc.

A really comfortable boutique hotel. It looked recently renovated so had a welcoming modern feel. A 2* rating does not do it justice and I would expect a rerate soon.

I prefer a softer pillow and breakfast only started at 8am so didn't meet our timing on the first day

Friendly and welcoming staff and the lovely decor of the hotel.

Tasty breakfast, just wish there was more of it. English breakfast was sparse.

Location and decor were excellent. Great to have a lift. Bar very good. Staff were brilliant.

Our room wasn’t cleaned in the five days we stayed. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned or dirty towels replaced. Water wasn’t replenished after day two. I would have liked more variety in breakfast foods, like plain yogurt as well as fruit ones.
