"Great potential, poor delivery - will not return"

Good location, hotel looks well. Good shower.

In a hotel of 245 room, we were told that there were no firm pillows. One of our twin beds had badly broken springs, this was mentioned to staff and ignored. The hinges on the bathroom door squeaked badly and despite a specific request to oil them - this was ignored. Sounds like we are difficult guests - but this is probably our only mention of any issues in our last 50+ hotel stays.

Very clean, good location, nice gym

The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful with the exception of the man I believe was the manager. I do not like the smell of the diffusers in the lobby.

Great location. Clean

Just a small thing about check in - I was 20 mins early and they made me wait 30-40 mins for the room. It just seemed a bit petty.

"Disappointing stay I will not go back"

Hotel was clean and good location

Staff weren’t the most polite and check in was a joke I went to check in at 3.The room wasn’t ready we were told to come back 4 then 4.30 and I didn’t get me room till 5.10 which was a disgrace and set me back with my evening arrangements.I won’t go back or recommend
