AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow

The location was great for travel. Close to trains and buses.

Very warm in the lobby and in the rooms. The rooms were smaller than expected.

The location was right in the heart of Glasgow, only 3 minutes walk to Queen Street station and 8 minutes from Glasgow Central. I cannot thank Kirsty on reception enough for her kindness and professionalism when the lift was out of order, she went above and beyond to help me. Sophie on reception was also very helpful and cheerful. Plus a shout out to the two boys on the bar for recommending drinks for me. Thanks to you all for a great visit, we will definitely be back.

Breakfast was good, staff quickly resolved an issue with dirty towel & bedding, and location was good.

Dirty towels & bedsheets, strange noises with the bathroom pipes, check-in was farcical with lots of guests queueing, strange layout of our bathroom.

Location and Hotel were great , reception was really busy, but staff we're providing free water as it was really hot.

A busy reception as a major event was on . Probably couldn't be helped though.

Great room and location. Breakfast was superb.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.

We asked for check in at 1pm as we were going to a concert for 3.30 which the hotel confirmed would be OK. We arrived at 1pm to be told we couldn't check in till 3pm on the hottest day of the year so had to sit at reception with numerous other unhappy guests in 32° heat.
