"Although there were issues I’d probably book again when all the roadworks around it have finished ."

Location was good for exploring the city . Comfortable clean hotel.

The check-in was appalling , huge queue . Computer kept logging out . No explanation from staff to explain the situation to the queuing guests . Meant we were late to a planned event . The room although nice it lacked basics like hooks in the bathroom , A mirror to be able to use the hairdryer comfortably . Lack of teabags .

Great location, friendly staff.Nice bar and lounge area.Ironing facilities in the room,coffee machine,mini fridge. Good breakfast!

No complimentary water in the room,shower cap.

"Exceptional"

Like bug spacious room. Everything in room you could want. Breakfast one of the better hotel breakfasts.

Being charged £100 deposit for a two night stay. Got deposit back in less then week but still not happy paying that amount for a two night stay. The lift wasn't working when we arrived,

"Check in chaos and desk staff hopeless"

Location Nice room / comfortable Bar staff were great

It took two hours in a queue to check in (was late for my event as a result). Zero communication as to the why from the staff who just avoided eye contact and behaved as if a queue out the door and a two hour wait was normal?!

It's a good hotel in a good location

Check-in was horrific with no explanation or communication. Took well over an hour in sweltering heat with no water and no eye contact from the staff!

"Great experience"

Very clean and comfortable room. Modern design in all premises. Plenty of choices at the breskfast. Nice and helpful staff at the reception and at the breakfast. I reccommend this hotel.
