AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow

We arrived wet with rain, and unable to access room, reception said she could not give me a hairdryer. She offered another available room for £140 more but couldnt check in unless i paid another £25 for early check in. Hairs in bed, housekeeping changed bedding and still long black hairs on cover and sheets.. Assistant manager moved our room. We were assured the bed was checked, but there was a hairpin on the floor which remained there for the duration of our stay. All above pointed out and shown to the manager.

Very friendly & helpful staff, nice room.

Breakfast was disappointing - good bacon, tomatoes & mushrooms. Loved the yoghurt & fruit, but scrambled eggs were weird texture - presumably powdered egg rather than fresh, and sausages & lorne sausage were very poor taste and texture.

Bed was comfy

Restaurant menu, could have a better selection on it.
