San Antonio Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

La atención recibida desde el primer momento ha sido espectacular. Empezando con la recepcionista que nos ayudó en todo momento. Pero lo mejor ha sido el trato con el director, que se ha puesto a disposición durante toda nuestra estancia en la ciudad. La habitación está en perfectas condiciones. Aire acondicionado que funciona perfectamente y la cama es cómoda. La piscina en la azotea para ver las vistas de la ciudad. Un plus. La ubicación en el centro.

This hotel, unfortunately, was not the right fit for us. While the photos online looked very appealing, our experience did not quite match. The cleanliness could be improved — for instance, the bathroom door was damaged from water near the shower. The walls in our room were dirty..The room and hotel layout also felt inconvenient; after taking the elevator, we had to walk a very long corridor to reach our room with a courtyard view. Unfortunately, the view offered no privacy, as the neighbor’s balcony was just a few meters away. Sea view rooms were unavailable, but even so, it seems the sea would only be visible from the top floor. The hotel surroundings were not very attractive, and the reception was placed in a separate building at the back, which was confusing. The main entrance from the street was actually through the restaurant, open to outside visitors. The pool area was perhaps the biggest disappointment: in reality, it was much smaller than in the pictures, the facilities were quite dated, and we didn’t feel like swimming. The spa and sauna were also only available at an extra charge, located in the basement. Lastly, there was no minibar in the room.
