ILThe one that is close to the beach and bars
The rooms are not soundproof, every little noise in the hotel is heard loudly in the room. Every time someone flushes the toilet in the building, you hear it loudly in the room. The air conditioner turns off by itself and does not turn on. We had a huge noise in the room on the third floor. And the reception almost never answers the phone. Very uncomfortable bed, one side was broken and you literally sink into the mattress. The taps in the shower are broken and do not work properly. A very bad experience, do not recommend at all.
FRExcellent séjour ! Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés : nous avions réservé une chambre standard et avons finalement eu la suite ! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon (c’est ce qui va le plus me manquer !). La piscine : un vrai 10/10, très agréable et bien entretenue. L’hôtel est super bien situé : la plage est à seulement 5 minutes à pied, avec de nombreux beach clubs, commerces et restaurants à proximité. Même une activité de karting et mini golf se trouve à 15 minutes de marche. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours disponible et serviable – ils nous ont même appelés des taxis à plusieurs reprises quand nous étions en galère pour partir à nos activités. Je recommande vivement !
Petit bémol : le ménage dans la chambre n’était pas toujours fait correctement. Le lit était impeccable, mais le sol et les miroirs restaient parfois un peu sales. Rien de très dramatique, mais ça mérite d’être mentionné.
FOI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I also appreciated the amazing staff helping me set up a surprise birthday setup while we were out as well as orderi g a cake and arranging spatreatments. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily come back.
One downside was that when we first arrived, the staff member on duty was very unprofessional, impolite amongst other things, which was disappointing. Luckily, we didn’t see him again, and the rest of the staff were fantastic. The only other issue was that the air conditioner worked, but it didnt get properly cold.
