ILהגעתי.ב11 קיבלו אותי בצק אין מוקדם במיוחד הסבירו לי הכל על המלון ועל השירות שלו. קיבלתי חדר משודרג במיוחד נקי וגדול עם מרפסת מפנקת המיקום של המלון מושלם על הכביש הראשי של הרסאיסוס
לקחתי עם ארוחת בוקר וערב אומנם לא עלה הרבה כסף אבל מאוד דל ארוחת ערב ברמה מאוד נמוכה ועוד מחייבים אותכם לקנות שתיה אין שתיה ללא תשלום אפילו על מים! בנוסף הבריכה לא הייתה מחוממת יחסית לעונה מי שרוצה להיכנס לספא מאוד יקר
CHDas Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist schön gestaltet und hat Potenzial, aber es gibt einige Mängel.
Auf der Dachterrasse, die wunderschön ist, wurde leider nicht bedient, obwohl es einen QR Code gab um das Personal zu rufen, was schade war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber das Nachfüllen dauerte jedes Mal sehr lange. Einmal fanden wir nach der Rückkehr eine schwarze Flüssigkeit im Waschbecken vor – vermutlich wurde Kaffee ausgeleert. Unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock, dort war das Warmwasser ein großes Problem: Man musste den Hahn 10 Minuten laufen lassen, um überhaupt warmes Wasser zu bekommen. Abends war es oft gar nicht mehr warm genug zum Duschen.
Je valide totalement tous le pole qui est bien entretien il n y a rien à dire. Attention gel douche ce n' est pas un shampoing selon moi, heureuse je suis venue avec mes produits, les serviettes sont fournies pour la piscine aussi.
