Unit 1252 *The comfort room is too small and untidy. The divider glass is not clean. *The pillows are not comfy. *The wallpapers made the apartment looked cheap. *The apartment looks old. *The cleaning service is too expensive. It costs 1000 pesos. *Service charge is also added.

Nothing I disliked. Nothing came 👋 my attention , so would fall in chapter "DIDN'T LIKE"

This apartment condo is in good location. Close to a lot of places around Makati. I love that there’s a 24 hour front desk

The description and looks on pictures didn’t really match in person. I was expecting to accommodate three people since there are two bedrooms, but the other bedroom is too small. Not enough space to put stuff in, it’s a baby room. The living space is not spacious either. Only one bedroom has good space. Bathroom and sinks are too small. I can’t use the sink in the bathroom, no space to put your toiletries. This unit is good for one person only. Plus, I can see bathroom wasn’t too clean. Need more cleaning on walls and corners. So if you’re looking comfort, this property will not give you comfort.
