AWESOME!....The Residence is super maintained with very professional security guard 24/7, easy check-in, Safe, Clean and family friendly. The ATM and supermarkets are just outside the building. The Host is always willing to help and you can contact them via WhatsApp and she will respond on time, very professional. We loved the stay.

Its just the bathroom is bit small, only that.

The lobby only

The lobby area was nice, but the rooms were extremely small. We booked for 4 people, but the space was really only suitable for 1. They consider the maid’s room as an additional room? which is very misleading. The price is affordable, but honestly, I would rather pay an extra $50 for a proper-sized unit. The owner and house cleaner communicated well, but one thing I didn’t understand was why they ask for your arrival time when they don’t accommodate early check-in. Even after advising our arrival, we were told to wait in the lobby because the previous guests were still inside until 12nn and the unit needed cleaning. My parents are seniors and couldn’t walk far, and we still had to wait until 3pm for check-in the room size and comfort level don’t match the listing They also ask what time you will check out, which felt unnecessary. The lounge room is honestly extremely small. The photos online are quite deceiving, so future guests should know what to expect. This isn’t to put the business down, but to give honest feedback so others can make an informed choice.

family of four here the unit is clean, complete in kitchenware. The kids sleep well. The place is accessible. The owner is very accommodating and responsive..

Professional staff, clean facility

There’s nothing to dislike. Great property! I’d recommend staying here if you’re ever in Makati! I’ll be back!
