There are some cockroaches, but I understand—it might be because of the climate in Manila.

The room was clean with enough space for my luggage. The lady was very nice and welcoming, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early after a long journey. Thank you

I didn’t have any issues with the house itself, but there were two things that made my experience in the lobby less comfortable. I had 24 hours between flights and was very tired while waiting for check-in, so I closed my eyes for a bit. The lady at the lobby woke me up and told me it’s not allowed to sleep in the lobby (even though I was sitting, not lying down). Then, when I checked out, I asked if I could leave my luggage for a few minutes to go to the Alfamart next door, but was told it wasn’t allowed. I completely understand if there are rules, but a little more flexibility and understanding toward tired guests would make the experience even better

Property seems ok but the room I was assigned was an absolute joke

Room 1210 is to avoided at all costs. Stained bedsheets, sticky floors and outside noise was intolerable. I was booked for two nights and left before the first - I did not feel safe.

Location was good. Building lobby was good.

Room fixture & amenities were poor.

The location, the rooms, the place being so spacious, the Netflix, and the A/C!
