Was here for a wedding, the hotel placed me and my partner in a totally different building. Which was very dirty and the washroom smells terribly. When we asked the reception they said they are not allowed to checked us in into the building that we reserved because it was booked exclusively for someone’s 82nd birthday. Keep in mind we did not book this hotel last minute, we booked this almost a year ago for the wedding.

"Its not worth it, poor service and lack of room items upon check in."

Lounge is good.

Poor service. Incomplete items inside room. There was no tissue, hanger, and safe. Breakfast served was so cold. There was also someone drilling in the morning which is annoying. We cant relax and sleep. The staff named Alejo insisted not to give us hot tea which we requested upon check in in the front desk. We told hin that request and he said it was for iced tea. So disappointing. Also door knob is broken.
