TV didn’t work inspite of the efforts of the 2girls who tried to fix it. One leg on the couch was broken. Checkout was confusing.

Nice view from our room. Clean apartment with good facilities
Checking in system was very difficult and the front desk staff were not willing or able to help us as it was a different system for the bookings.com booking. It was a very very busy place and unfortunately we clashed with a school holiday week and it made some things quite stressful. Only one lift was working when we checked out and it took a very long time or us to get on the lift and down to the ground floor and we almost missed our Grab to get to the airport. We accidentally knocked two bowls out of the cupboard which we reported through our WhatsApp contact and they wanted us to pay a ridiculous amount to pay for them. But then allowed us to replace them ourselves. I have never been charged for a small breakage before. There was no cloth to wipe kitchen benches and no tea towel for drying dishes. There was no jug but we did ask for one and got given one to use.

Gute Lage des Apartments.
Sehr aufwendiger Check-in via WhatsApp. Keine Reaktion über die chat-Funktion von booking.com. Es hat 15min. gedauert, bis uns eine Dame wortlos die Schlüssel überreicht hat. Leider ein falsches Apartment. Wir hatten 2 Doppelbetten plus Schlafcouch gebucht für 5 Personen. Bekommen haben wir ein Apartment mit einem Doppelbett. Unsere Freunde mussten sich ein neues Hotel suchen. Beim check-out keine nachvollziehbare Beschreibung, wo man den Schlüssel abgeben soll. Wir haben ihn schließlich bei der Security abgegeben, da wir keine andere Möglichkeit sahen.
