- Right at the beach - close to other retaurants (House of Mama) and Cafés (kraken bite, Night&Day café) - friendly stuff

- We had bed bugs in both beds in the first room and were biten everywhere. Our legs, arms and back were full of itchy bites. We noticed it must be bed bugs after the second night because we used mosquito spray all the time and woke up with even more bites the next day. We informed the stuff and could change the room but slept the rest of the remaining nights on towels we put on the top of the beds.

Amazing location, good breakfast and lovely staff. Many restaurants nearby, where you can eat local food.

We originally booked a standard room, but unfortunately the air-conditioning in that room was not working properly—it was still blowing warm air even after running for an hour. We immediately informed the hotel staff, and they responded very quickly. At that time, only the premium tent room was available, and without hesitation, the staff upgraded us for free. We ended up staying there for two nights, and it was extremely comfortable. The stay included breakfast, which mainly featured Malaysian food, along with some bread, coffee, and tea. The restaurant also provided both hot and cold drinking water, which was very convenient. On the day we checked out, we almost missed our ferry because we forgot the departure time. Thankfully, the hotel staff kindly came to the entrance to remind us that the ferry had arrived. They even helped us carry our luggage and arranged for a quick ride so we could reach the jetty on time. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. It was truly a wonderful experience!

Best accommodation on the island very affordable The food in the breakfast is amazing and tasty the lobby is beautiful and the overall experience is amazing I especially like the hamburger and the fish and chips in the dinner menu

Good location on the beach, balcony for relaxing, good food in the restaurant, friendly helpful staff. Fantastic 6 spot snorkel trip booked through the accomodation (Fass went out of his way to ensure we could get in the trip we wanted) and great jungle walk to Paya

Chairs on balcony would benefit from cushions or seat pads
