Lokalizacja i widok z okna są super. Kontakt z obsługą bezproblemowy. Pomogli nam zabrać nasze bagaże z portu i potem odwieźli je z powrotem.

przy pokojach, wzdłuż plaży przechodzi betonowa ścieżka. Od 7 rano jeździły nią non stop skutery. Wszystko jest tak nieszczelne że masz wrażenie że skuter przejeżdża metr od twojej głowy. Na pewno nie można się wyspać jak ktoś lubi dłużej pospać. Klimatyzacja działała raczej słabo.

"Superbe emplacement les pieds dans l’eau , plage magnifique. Espace propre et entretenue ."

L’emplacement est magnifique sur la plage . Les bungalows sont récents .

Bruyant le matin avec le personnel du jardinage qui nettoie à l’extérieur des 8h du matin et il manque dans le bungalow 3 personnes un placard ou étagère de rangement.

very close to the Jetty, nice breakfast area, good aircon, nice sea view room

lots of ants, the shower has no doors so the toilet is all wet. Breakfast selection is limited

The hotel is located right on the beach. Service was excellent, and the views of the coast and the crystal-clear water were stunning—I highly recommend it. Breakfast was also delicious.

nothing i don’t like about the property.However, I strongly advise against taking the Blue Water Ferry from Mersing to Tioman. The cabin was boiling hot with no air conditioning at all. Even though we booked specific seats, it was a free for all 'random seating' situation. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for families with children; since the seating wasn't followed, parents and kids ended up separated. It’s incredibly poorly managed considering people book seats specifically to manage their children easily. Honestly, a very incompetent company.
