Sky Garden Hotel

The personnel was really kind and helpful, they helped us with reservations, transport and tips. The hotel was really clean, they helped us to clean our room when we needed it. The hotel restaurant was one of the best in Coron, serving Chinease food.

When we checked-in the room was kinda dirty and our bedsheets were stained. There was no tv so it was a bit boring. The staff wasn’t attentive enough.

We were originally going to stay for one night, but ended up staying 5. The hotel is impeccably run by Marvin who goes above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. All of the staff are incredible, always smiling and helpful.Would recommend staying here!

Generally IT was a new Hotel. So everything looked pretty new and nicely.

Even all the gadgets were new, they we're Just Chinese quality and not working as expected. E.g. the remote Aircon was in Chinese and the paper with the translation was not matching at all. First days no hot water at all. After telling the Manager (who was trying its best), we got hot, no boiling water which was hard top Level to a convinient temperatur. But the most disappointing fact was the roof top. Yes, the pool ist there, but nothing more. No sunbeds, no parasols, no bar. Just a huge roof with a pool. Nothing you wanna spend your time with. Most of the other hotels had a roof top bar, so it was really a kind of a bummer. Yes the manager told us, that the Hotel ist new and not everything ist ready yet. Nevertheless our expectations were higher for the price we paid.

Mark and Ben and all of the staff were amazingly helpful, professional and all around nice and awesome. They gave useful information and made sure everything was smooth, safe, comfortable and fun during our stay. The hotel is not a deluxe place, of course, but it is a great midrange choice, no regrets. That being said the staff can compete with any five stars place. Amazing ladies and gents!

Quality of drinks for breakfast, missing cold water dispenser or mini-bar in the room . Only courtains, no drapes so people from street could see in room during daytime

Close to coron proper town - walking distance. Breakfast is nice. Staff tries to be very helpful.

The hotel is very dirty, rooms are clearly not properly cleaned after each guest. Our room (supposedly a Superior Twin Room) had no windows. There was a light inside the room which would not turn off. Everything is in chinese so not even the staff can understand properly some things. We complained about the room and were moved to one with a balcony. It was nice but the windows are thin so you can hear the constant traffic and the other rooms. The A/C kept on switching off during the night which is not convenient due to the heat. The staff is there to listen and wants to help but we advise to talk directly to the manager as he is the only one that can solve stuff.
