Run far and run fast

Very noisy , walls paper thin . Plumbing stopped working No soap in room Smell throughout the corridors , poor breakfast. Only good thing about our stay were the staff

Breakfast was great & the staff were very accommodating and polite.

Rooms are new and clean but surprised there are no TVs in any rooms. Our air conditioner was broken in our original room and they were going to move us to a different room but the sewage smell is very bad in that room with no windows but thankfully they fixed the Aircon and we were able to go back to our original room. So the staff was trying.

The breakfast is overly salty and oily. The last day they completely messed up our order so we had two breakfasts instead of three and they wanted to charge extra for a hotdog on one of the plates and the pancakes they brought out had mold in them. It seems the staff try but have their hands tied. I blame management. Also, there’s a communication Problem here unless you have a translator and I was surprised to find out they don’t accept credit cards here so if you’re paying bring lots of cash

The staff are very prompt in answering the queries and needs. They are very polite and accommodating.. That's what makes them superior to the 5 star hotels. WiFi has a strong signal Water in the shower has a strong pressure. Clean and quiet room. Location is very good.

No windows in the room westay

Great location, near a bunch of things and close to town but not right in town so that it was quiet at night. Air conditioning worked fantastic and was great to cool off in. Great rooftop area with a pool and plentiful chairs, plus awesome view of the sunset at night. Staff was awesome!

The beds were rock hard and pretty uncomfortable. We were there a week and housekeeping never came by - we had to ask for more soap, towels, toilet paper (which they ran out of...) Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment in comparison to other locations I've been to in SE Asia. There was a limited menu and you had to pick one of the options on the menu the night before.

Staff is amazing and helpful, rooms are fairly big and comfortable

The pool is a tank but the terrace is nice, breakfast is very very basic, and for a new hotel it already looks old. One lift doesn't work, hotel doesnt seem to have been finished in some areas, And it's all made chinese hotel, even the toilet paper is coming from China. If like me, you try to avoid chinese products and to finance their geopolitical attitude, then i suggest pick something else

All rooms are very well, swimming pool is very nice.

Breakfast was very bad. No coffee, no fresh juice, picture is a layer, no buffet, just two pancake with a banana.

Big rooms, comfortable bed.

The pool was a bit dirty and breakfast was ok.
