Nice room, nice hotel, really nice rooftop deck. Odour present in the room. Mosquitoes in the room. Good hotel

Great location, very clean, lovely rooftop pool and the staff were very nice.

Good location and nice enough staff. Nice towels and provided toothbrush/toothpaste kits. Good comfy bed and nice linen.

Basic things missing from the room: no fridge, no TV, no full length mirror. 1 small water, no drinks like tea. The bathroom drain stank so badly of rotten urine. Toilets near the entrance to the hotel dirty and full of bugs. Not clean enough in the room and bathroom or in the communal areas. Walls are thin so could hear someone snoring next door and conversations. Expensive for what it is. Balcony door didn't lock which made me feel unsafe in and out of the room. Overall there are better private rooms in hostels for cheaper.

Vi valde hotellet på grund av att de hade pool. Med poolen var inte skött och ordentligt grumlig. Många rum har inte fönster, men trevlig personal hjälpe oss med ett nytt rum. Ingen Ac i korridorerna vilka blev ordentligt varmt. Papperskorgarna tömdes inte regelbundet och städningen var inget bra. Wi-Fi var under hela tiden på topp!

We like the fact that the location was really central, close to everything. Getting public transpo was never a problem. There's a convenience store in front, though there aren't many things that you can get there. There are a number of sari sari stores nearby which are well equipped, from bottled water to chicheria etc., there are lots of restaurants to choose from which are merely walking distance from the hotel. There's a sharky's bar and resto almost in front where they offer musical entertainment at night. There is also an Andoks restaurant very close to the hotel. The hotel owner is very amiable and very hands on. He made sure that the customers' concerns are properly and immediately addressed. Mr. Henry and the other staff are also very nice and accomodating, not to mention very helpful, volunteering even to book our spa for us.

Water supply to one of the rooms we booked was not consistent, prompting us to request for a change in room assignment. This was immediately acted upon, so no complaints.

very large & comfortable rooms, lovely rooftop pool area & nice view, really friendly and helpful staff and what was really convenient is that we booked all of our tours and transfers right from the reception. overall good experience.

although new, the hotel isn’t well kept - a lot of dust, towels were only changed upon request, the trash had to be left by the door and was not disposed daily, the breakfast selection wasn’t the best and the rooms lacked a TV set , fridge and safe.

Super clean rooms, great air conditioning and lovely shower with hot water and decent pressure. The beds are comfortable and long enough for 6ft tall people. The staff were always available and super helpful. Breakfast was made to order and tasty

Definitely not a problem for us as we wanted to keep cool but some rooms do not have windows.

The staff were amazing! Their priority is our comfort and convenience. They made our stay extra amazing!

The property is new and currently on soft opening. The minor issues were neglible and understandable
