J&V Hotel and Resort

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. And they clean our room everyday.

The pool was open for public. So there’s so many people from outside who are not staying at the hotel using the pool. And the noise they can use karaoke at pool so you can’t relax when you want to take a nap. And the smell of the facility is so bad. And the pool was so dirty so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because it’s always full. And the breakfast was so disappointed you can’t choice what breakfast they can just served what they have. And the place was so far from the beach.

- during our 2nd night, pass 10 pm, staff were so noisy in the lobby i had to call them up to call their attention that it's sleeping time - out booking says inclusive of bath tub but our room didnt have one - no dedicated dining area, dining area was in the lobby - food is xoxo, staff not that accommodating in the dining area and they do not ask our choices for the complementary breakfast

To J&V Hotel and Resort: 1. Ordering food - takes 1hr to serve. Take note: we are the only customers. Their estimated time was 20-25 minutes. While we were waiting, nobody was even preparing the utensils. 2. Food serving - the food was served cold even though it took them 1hr to serve and prepare the food. 3. Card payment - the hotel is elegant and a little pricey. However, they do not accept any card payments. This is my first time encountering this kind of scenario considering the value of the hotel. 4. Complimentary products inside the room - No tissue, coffee & tea sachets and water bottles provided inside the room. (Even with multiple follow ups) 5. Doors - defective door in the CR and sliding door in the balcony. 6. Hotel Staffs - staff are not wearing uniform (Not all). If they are not hotel staff or on off duty I wonder why they are in the reception and serving the customers. Customers won't be able to identify hotel staff. 7. Customers concerns and requests are not addressed even with multiple follow ups. 8. Shower - No hot and cold (knowing the value of the hotel) 9. Food availability - there are multiple options provided in the menu but most of them are not available so the ending was the customer had to clarify with the available food. PS: This is our first time in the hotel and we're very tired from our long trip so we were expecting a relaxing and stress free accommodation. 😔

The facility is not maintained properly. Loose faucets. No hot shower.

Rooms are not well prepared. Seems that our first room was not fixed before our check in. The second room is a little bit dusty.
