The hotel rooms are basic needs, however the staff, facilities and location make it an ideal place to stay in San Fernando. We will return each year we visit San Fernando, as it’s only 5 minutes to my wife’s family home

"Booked for two nights left after first night, asked for refund which i received."

Did not have breakfast so no comment

Very disappointed no hot water in bathroom, complaint to reception but nothind done about it,so had cold shower and shave, not very pleasant.
