the food was nice and the place was good, the staff’s are very accommodating especially kurt from the restaurant, would glad to be back in the hotel again sometime

The location was great and the staff were excellent as was as JM down at the elevator. Goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The room was also great. Very modern and stylish. I loved that it was a 1 bedroom style. With a kitchenette and living room. Private bedroom and attached bathroom. Amenities were well stocked as well. Over all would stay again.

The pillows were a bit to firm for my liking leading to a headache after 1 nights use. I prefer a plush pillow. Were only given 2 pillows for 2 paxs as well. Easily remedy by asking for more, but standard should be 2 pillows per pax. The only other part of my stay that made it not perfect was the spa appointment made and non communication that there service provider could not make it due to an emergency. I had to call twice in 2 hours to find out what was going on after I was told I would be called back. I understand emergencies happen but communication is key.

The place is Amazing the staff is welcoming and helpful all the Time especially JM thier security TM and Lourd and Angel at the front desk I will recommend this Hotel to my friends

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines while celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. The staff were extremely accommodating, courteous, and friendly. Before we checked in, I kindly asked the reception if a room setup could be arranged as I wanted to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. Despite having many guests to accommodate at that time, they kindly offered a complimentary setup of the room with the help of the OJT staff. Kudos to the staff especially Sir Lordwin and management for giving us such a superb and smooth experience. The place was clean and the service was truly excellent. Overall, it was a memorable stay with outstanding service and great facilities. I will definitely recommend Citadines Roces QC to my colleagues and family.

Location is great. Spacious studio room with with kitchen supplies/utensils like dishwashing soap and sponge. Near to a lot of commercial shops and restaurants. Kuya JM is really helpful and accommodating. All the staff in the hotel are really nice. The hotel is so clean and well maintained. The breakfast is so good. We will definitely coming back here.
