Thank You so much for the wonderful stay and experience for our wedding preparation venue. From checkin date, we commend sir lordwin for being accommodating and very efficient. The location is near in our church, sacred heart kamuning and at our reception at oasis manila. It is the most sulit and the best decision we made in choosing to be one of our suppliers for our wedding. Thank you for the food, the neat and complete amenities from rooms to gyms, what i like the most is it is near to places we would like to go, it is spacious, our other suppliers did not have problems with the foot traffic because it really can accommodate a lot of people. Perfect for events. Hopefully they can maintain the clealiness and beauty of the place. We really loved the welcome experience they gave us. Thank You so much citadines roces qc. And just one downside, maybe they lack manpower, there’s a little delay in communication with the people at the reception area. But overall Thank You so much too for accommodating our couple massage!!! The wine, cake, and everything else. Thank You Thank You!!!! Thank You miss steph and sir lordwin and other staff. Thank You so much!!! All are also courteous and carries a smiley face. Keep it up po!!!❤️🙏🏻 more power!

We stayed for a night with my family for my mom's birthday last December 11-12, 2025. Satisfied ang pag-stay. sa staff pa lang, sobrang accommodating na nila and sobrang friendly kaya madali kausap. ina-address kaagad nila kapag may mga questions ka tapos binabati ka kapag nagkakasalubong kayo. pagdating naman sa facilities, sobrang ganda. wala kang masspot na kahit anong dumi simula nong pagpasok pa lang. mabango yong room and sobrang comfortable ng mga beds, chairs and even yong drawers/cabinets, other appliances like clothes iron, heater, refrigerator, hair dryer is functional and na-serve yong purpose niya. 5 star sa hair dryer kasi natutuyo kaagad yong buhok and yong pinaka favorite ko is may internet yong TV so kahit na sa loob lang kami ng room, di nakaka boring kasi we get to watch anime and play music on YouTube. Super bilis ng internet hindi lahat ng hotel me ganon... hindi ka talaga mabobored kahit buong araw ka pa nasa loob. pagdating naman sa pool, sobrang ganda ng view—sakto yong ambiance niya for picture taking and hindi ganon ka obvious yong chlorine kaya hindi siya masakit sa ilong. techy nga lang yong iba nilang mga gamit like yong system nila sa parking lot kaya kapag meron talaga na hindi gaano ka-aware sa mga ganong technology, medyo mangangapa lalo kapag walang mag-eexplain/mag-guide sakanila. pagdating sa food, 100/100. super nakakabusog & hindi nakaka overwhelm yong lasa ng mga pagkain. maganda rin yong place kaya mas nakakagana kumain, kahit maraming tao, hindi mo ganon mararamdaman kasi malawak and namiminimize naman yong noise. overall, super satisfied. ito yong klase ng hotel na babalik-balikan mo.

The room is very spacious, I love that there is a pool although we weren't able to use it.

The staff was so acvommodating, polite and responsive. Your hotel needs more like him. His name is Vincent. He works at the lobby beside the resto, Alejo. He was very patient with all the querries thrown at him by so many guests. He answered them one by one with delight.

great abiance, very clean rooms and common facilities, very good food and very kind staff. They are very alert and accomodating. will definitely reccomend Citidanes Roces to other people planning to stay in Quezon City.

Love our experience here. From guards pa lang named kuya Romz and Sonny, very friendly and accomodating na . We will definitely be back to celebrate our milestones and chillax days here. Thank you so much!

Asked for the faulty air conditioner to be fixed early on, they said they would send someone, then they never did. I was the one who booked the hotel, and the staff wouldn't even give me the time of day about the room problems because I looked too young. I had to make one of my cousins talk to the staff for them to listen; they obliged again, but never followed through. Now the other air conditioner isn't working at all, and my old parents are complaining it's too hot to even sleep. I implore you to read reviews from different sites, as well as from this hotel, because they might be skimming the bad ones. The elevator takes ages to go from floor to floor. So when we got up to the room, just to find out the card didn't work, we had to use the slow elevator again from our floor to the lobby. As I attempted to just take the stairs, I gave up on waiting. The staff informed me that the stairs were off-limits, amazing. I'm now resorting to just sleeping on the damn couch since the AC near the bedroom doesn't work anymore, and booking this hotel just defeats its purpose of comfort. The place looks nice, but everything else is subpar. From maintenance issues and staff. Stay away!
