We recently availed of the wedding preparation package at Citadines Roces QC and overall had a wonderful experience. The Three-Bedroom Premier unit was spacious and perfectly suited our needs, featuring a wide layout with one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we were particularly impressed by the level of service provided by the receptionist, Trish, who ensured all our requests were quickly accommodated. However, the responsiveness of our designated contact person for the package, Clare Quierez, was inconsistent. While she was highly responsive during the initial booking stages, her communication became difficult right as our wedding day approached, which was a source of unnecessary stress. Overall, a positive stay, but we suggest improving communication consistency for package coordinators.

Citadines provided exceptional service during my stay. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Dabest si sir vincent. Very accomodating and naga assist tlaga. He even suggested places to go na maganda. He always smile which is very good kasi for me, naka depende then sa mood and approach sa akin yung mood ko. 🫰🏼

Best hotel in Timog, QC! Very relaxing experience. I had a great time. The view from the 18th floor was breathtaking. Solid 5 stars!

The room is tidied everyday. The atmosphere is lively and place is quiet. The staff are always alert and accommodating.
