Citadines Roces Quezon City

We stayed on November for a night. Shout out to JM-security he was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a superior room, it has kitchen (fridge,microwave,induction and mineral water) not sure though why they dont have utensils. Breakfast was good, just a few selection though, kiddie pool is okay, mejo malamig lang ang water, same with the 4ft. No charge for 4 and 5 y/o kids, downside is they dont have lifeguard on duty. And mejo mainit ang room given na nka 18 na sya, at nka locked 😅. walang door rug, spacious and maraming paglalagyan ang luggage mo. And you can dine inside, dahil may sofa and round table. Nice view pala sa pool area. Staff were approachable and friendly. We ill surely go back.

Service was nearly perfect except during breakfast where things got pretty chaotic. Special mention to Vince and Steph from Guest Services. They went above and beyond their station to address my special requests.

Room is great

Poor room service, 2 out of 10. Don’t bother requesting for In-room services since they won’t bring your request(s) even if you have already call them several times.

The staff, particularly Stephanie Oliveros were exceptionally helpful and efficient, They were very knowledgeable and personable, and I was impressed by their professionalism and quick problem-solving skills.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and memorable experience. The place is very nice and the staff is very nice. One of them is JM who assisted me with my luggage and who was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again

We did the budget room, the studio, for a family with small kids. Above average. It would be excellent but a few things stood out to make it not so. Not sure why but was impossible to call and get someone on the phone after multiple attempts. The children policy for the studio is kinda weak - for small kids, are counted as adults. Housekeeping for some reason takes hours to respond such as bringing extra towels, and the room didn't come with any hand or face towels, just two body towels. There was a bee hiding in our room-it took them an hour to send someone up to remove it. That's nice they did that but offered no other accommodation for this inconvenience, we were basically frozen in the room while the bee was around, we had small kids with us too. Hotel staff (not including the restaurant staff) were so so. The pool also isn't heated, which isn't terrible, and also the complimentary espresso drink for ASR members, had no milk, so only the americano was available. And I got slightly electrocuted while holding the elevator doors, which I reported to one of the hotel staff, not sure what was done he kinda just acknowledged it. These aren't terrible but that's what made the experience to 3.5 stars, instead of a 4 or 5. Everything else asides these, the hotel was nice.

My family had a great experience in Citadines QC. The room is cozy, very relaxing with premium materials and furnitures. A very homy place for staycation. The staff are great from the restaurant, reception, maintainance and security. The pool is very clean with good ambience. Food is great as well. I even lost my wallet and it was delivered back to me with no hassle. I will definitely recommend this hotel and be back soon. Thank you Citadines for the living the high standards. We loved the staff first and foremost. They’re well dressed, helpful, and well mannered. JM always greet us with a smile with his right hand over his heart - Mabuhay! Andrei & Mitch were very courteous at the dining room. The hotel is just over a year old so everything looked modern and attractive. Our room was nice and quiet for sleeping so we really had a comfortable stay. It’s walking distance to 711 so that was pretty convenient.
