Centrally located near to many F&B options; Clean, cozy and comfortable; Diverse options for breakfast; Delicious food at Alejo; quick check-in and check-out; safety and security; friendly concierge

Inattentive service at Alejo - service is great until you can't call someone's attention to pay bill; waiting time for elevators; service staff use the same elevators as guests.

It has a great location and in the heart of restaurants and bars which is perfect for a little staycation in the city. Spacious and clean rooms - has a higher ceiling compared to the other Citadines.

A better breakfast spread would be nice. Elevator is way too slow and internet connection is pretty slow even if you’re an ASR member. Also, there’s always something wrong with the wooden keycards.
