The place was spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and accommodating despite the holiday rush. Security staff JM was very helpful and pleasant.

I stayed at Citadines Roces Quezon City this December 2025 and overall had a really great experience. The only downside was the long wait during check-in, but it was understandable given the number of guests at the time. Once checked in, everything else went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt modern and relaxing. I’d like to give a special mention to JM, the security guard at the ground floor. He was extremely accommodating, always smiling, and consistently welcoming—small gestures that really made a difference and left a positive impression throughout my stay. Despite the busy check-in, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Our stay at Citadines Roces Avenue was last night, December 24, and we truly had a wonderful Christmas Eve experience. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional—special thanks to Steph and Angel, as well as their supervisors, who were all very approachable and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they still managed to accommodate my requests. I booked three rooms and asked to be placed on the same floor, with one room arranged with double twin beds instead of a single bed, and this was handled efficiently. We were able to enjoy Christmas Eve together, even playing games in the room, which made the stay extra special. The amenities were complete and well thought out, including a microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooker, making the rooms very convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable stay with excellent service and facilities. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

Our second time. Still, very accommodating and friendly employees. All of them ng na encounter ko. 😊 From utilities and up. Light and relaxing ang ambiance kasi mababait yung staff. Clean and nice room with kitchen, dining and sala that not most hotels offer, +1 for it's not so expensive price. Big and clean pool. Good foods. Like to commend, Mr. JM of security and Ms. Steph, Mr. Lordwin, Ms.Argel, Sir Larence. They're very warm and welcoming. Excellent service. We feel so valued. Thank you po. ❤️

It’s my 2nd time here and still in awe on how great the people are. The rooms are amazing, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was filling. Overall, it was such weekend spent well.

Had a very nice and peaceful stay in Citadines Roces Quezon City. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful especially Sir Zild in the reception. Will definitely come back :)
