Spacious and clean..friendly staffs.

First of all, please try to put options for the coffee and teas..u can add sachets of coffees and teas, and put creamers, sugars, etc. not only the nespresso machine. The pool in between the upper pool and the pool near the ocean--it is just exclusive for the villas? no one told us until a staff told us its not allowed to take photo there and its just for the villas guest..first of all they should put a sign that its exclusive for the villa guest only.. coz we thought that if we check in, in the resort we can wander and enjoy the place.. lastly the son of my sister aged 13, why do you also charged him with another payment well in fact we booked two rooms already.. i think you should consider the families that checking in to your resort and change some of your protocols..not everything should be charged with a price! I am a traveller and i have been to many 5 star luxury resorts and hotels..and my point is there is always a room for improvement since you just opened your resort. Thank you...

Exageram um pouco em levar de transporte os clientes para uns escassos 100 metros. Mas é uma atenção especial.

Property lovely. Appologizing doesn't constitute good service. To date the hotel has not returned a letter. They are aware they charged me twice for a meal...once cash once again cc on departure. This was so I could leave without arguing......I left it with them, simply stating stating "please DISCOVER the problem" The payment was witnessed... ...it happened 5 days ago,, they still haven't replied.

Offering appologies doesn't mean the service is good...Since apologizing profusely, the hotel has not contacted me regarding their overcharge...

Location is fantastic, rooms are clean and freshened up everyday, breakfast was excellent with a great choice and selection very pleasant and attentive staff, restaurants have a reasonable selection, however over a longer stay it can be repetitive All staff were friendly and always had a smile

The checking in and out reception area could do with more AC especially when busy, I have stayed four times in recent years in the resort and not once did they welcome me back, poor customer relations in that part. Some of the evening restaurant staff were not as attentive as previous stays, I ordered some beer 3 times but none arrived each time I ordered perhaps the standard is slipping slightly now it’s been open for a while
