Ibrahim and Wallid were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! The Riad was beautiful and in an amazing location. The team were so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to all our friends and family!

From the moment our Riad host Ibrahim met us, the customer service was just outstanding. We loved the Riad and probably would have loved it regardless, however, he made our whole trip special. He genuinely cares about the guests having a perfect stay. He couldn't do enough for us and wanted us to have an authentic experience. The Riad itself is situated down some winding alleys and we actually loved this but could understand it might not be to everyone's taste. Once inside it is so beautiful and serene and our room was lovely and well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast was so lovely and plentiful and the man who served us was also fantastic. The rooftop is also a great addition to the Riad and we managed a sunbathe and we even had breakfast up there one morning when the weather was lovely. We also loved meeting the tortoise Michael. He can move quick, be warned! There's nothing slow about that tortoise!. We also had a massage and this was also fabulous. We didn't use the steam room or Sauna or the Hamman but they are available should you wish to use them. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone here. We were literally a stone's throw away from the Souks and the Medina and we are so pleased we chose to stay here. I highly recommend it for a authentic and customer focused experience. I just want to shout a bit more about Ibrahim. He is an absolute credit to this Riad and to Marrakech. He also helped us book a private trip to the Agafay desert with quad bikes, dinner and a show. It was an end to end service. I would honestly say to stay here just to meet him and be pleased by his amazing customer focus. He is more than wonderful! thank you for making our trip so special.

Honestly there wasn't anything i could write for this. The location might not be to everyone liking but for us this wasn't even an issue.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und es war alles sehr schön und liebevoll hingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundliche und steht’s entgegenkommend egal was man gebraucht hat. Auch die angebotenen Speisen waren sehr lecker und im Verhältnis was man bekommen hat auch preiswert. Rundum eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

ALLES! Ibrahim der Hotelmanager, war der beste und entspannteste Host den man sich nur hätte wünschen können, er hat alles erdenkliche für uns organisiert. Selbst nachts durch die verwinkelten Gassen, gab es einen Nachtwächter, Khalid der uns (3 Mädels) sicher nachhause eskortiert hat. Die Unterkunft ist super gemütlich, einladend, wohl duftend entspannend und absolut fussläufig zur Medina einfach zu erreichen. Kostenlose Massage Ausgewogenes Frühstück Top Reinigung / Sauberkeit Zu jederzeit bestens beraten, durch stets verfügbare Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns zu jederzeit sicher und sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Eine absolute kleine Wohlfühloase.

Taxis holen einen nicht direkt vor der Unterkunft ab, da sie schlichtweg nicht durch die engen Gassen passen. Es gibt eine Art Sammelstelle am Postoffice wo man abgeholt wird, ca. 3-5min zu Fuß. Leider kein beheizbarer Pool, sodass wir ihn im März natürlich nicht nutzen konnten.

The highlight of our stay at Riad SofYan is Ibrahim - he was incredibly friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for him. The Riad itself is good and comfortable. The alleyways to the Riad is a bit sketchy but we didn’t feel unsafe.

The location is perfect. When i read the reviews I saw that some people were saying that is a remote location, well is not. is in the heart of medina. is perfect and quiet at the same time. Ibrahim ( the manager ) deserves a special thanks. It made our stay and Marrakes experience perfect. We also did the Hamam and massage. Amazing. The breakfast was absolutely stunning. All the staff was very friendly
