Brahim war ein super Host, sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Er hat auch Extrawünsche möglich gemacht! Ein herzliches Dankeschön! Auch an Sokiena - sie hat uns wunderbar im Hamam betreut und die Massage danach war klasse!! Ein tolles Team! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le point le plus positif du Riad est Brahim trés gentil, trés serviable et toujours diponible. Il sera se plier en 4 pour vous afin que vous passiez le plus beau et meilleur séjour ! Il s'occupe de vos taxis, de vos sortis, de votre confort !!!!... Une perle ! Au vue de son enthousiasme et de sa bonne volonté on pourrait penser que le Riad lui appartient ! Un garçon exceptionnel, que n'importe quel patron rêverait d'avoir ! Les masseuses du hamam trés gentilles, trés professionelles et trés souriantes !

Les propriétaires sont trés décevants ! Surtout le patron dépourvu de politesse ; pas de bonjour, le sourire est une option pour eux. Pas de télévision . Trés mal insonorisé surtout le bruit des loquets de portes infernanal.

A very special THANK YOU to Abraham, the manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing and seamless. From the moment I arrived, his warm welcome and genuine kindness set the tone for the entire experience. He was always attentive, anticipating needs before I even had to ask, and offered thoughtful recommendations that made my time in Marrakech even more memorable. His professionalism, care, and personal touch truly set this riad apart. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about ensuring every guest feels comfortable and valued. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Marrakech experience.

Everything, cosy, classy, and the stuff is really welcoming and awesome specially (Ibrahim was very kind and helpful, also Monia was really caring offered us a lunch, Khalid was accommodating…).

Our stay at this riad was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into the space with mint tea and treats. Every corner of the riad was immaculately maintained, blending traditional charm with modern comfort in a way that made it hard to leave. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The manager, Brahim, went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt cared for. Whether it was offering personalized recommendations, arranging activities, or simply taking the time to check in and make sure everything was perfect, his attention to detail and genuine kindness made all the difference. The onsite hammam was a fantastic, personalized treat with Soukaina providing excellent, caring service. It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the service are equally outstanding, but this riad delivers on both. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and incredibly grateful for such a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special experience.
