The Riad was very close to the main marker Souk. Our room was larger with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was nice and filled us up for a morning of activities.

The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. We continually asked for it to be looked at, but it didn’t get fixed while we were there for 5 days.

Our stay at Riad SofYan & Spa was fantastic. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with a real authentic Moroccan charm. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, which made a huge difference. We also took part in the cooking class offered at the riad—it was so much fun and genuinely inspiring. A highlight of our trip! Breakfast was also fantastic with different dishes every day!

There wasn’t much to dislike. If anything, minor improvements in room lighting or a TV could make the experience even better, but overall everything was very enjoyable. Keep in mind Riad can only be reached by foot.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and truly authentic – a perfect escape in the heart of the city. A very special thank you to Brahmin, who went above and beyond during a medical worry we experienced while staying there. His kindness, calm support, and willingness to help meant so much to us and made a stressful situation far easier to manage. We’ll never forget that level of care and compassion. The riad itself was stunning, with lovely traditional décor, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing courtyard that felt like a hidden oasis. The staff were always welcoming and attentive, making us feel completely at home. We would absolutely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech – not just for its beauty, but for the genuinely caring people who make it so special. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay

Le Riad est très beau, le petit dej copieux et bon, l’emplacement central, le service est très soigneux (Ibrahim est top et fait tout pour vous aider!)

Le Riad est très mal insonorisé, le hall résonne énormément. La chambre pourrait être + équipée. Enfait les prestations sont correctes, sans +, c’est le rapport/qualité prix qui est mauvais (trop cher pour des prestations basiques)

L accueil au top surtout Ibrahim et le spa génial. Tout le monde au petit soin.

Het was een prachtige riad, het straalt rust uit, helemaal uit de hectiek van de stad, geweldig personeel dat ons van begin tot eind enorm in watten heeft gelegd

Unser Aufenthalt in Marrakesch war einfach unvergesslich. Das wunderschöne Riad hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert – wir haben uns dort sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders das leckere Frühstück hat jeden Tag perfekt starten lassen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Ibrahim: Er war jederzeit für uns da, immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Seine herzliche Art und sein Engagement haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht – er leistet eine großartige Arbeit! Dieses Riad ist eine absolute Herzensempfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Ibrahim, für alles!
