The list is way too long as to wht we loved at this place.... exceptional staff, service, behaviour under the leadership of Andrew. The Spa is a must try. Beautiful secluded place where u can let loose ur soul and find urself. The extra extra special treatment we received whether arranging our seating at r favorite spot, or baking a surprise cake, or cooking special meals for us... we got very emotional while leaving this beautiful place and beautiful ppl.... they always smile at you and it will make ur day. Thank you Celestial Hills team 🙏

Little more choice for fussy eaters like us and next time look forward to authentic Srilankan menu.

The views and the peacefulness

The trees were high to see the views from the first villa. The entrance area could have been with more welcoming ambiance. Maybe the decor could have been improved as a main entrance.

Room Size and Plunge pool

The service was impeccable, from pre arrival to the stay to check out. The hotel team was in touch from the moment I made the booking answering any queries. The location was a bit complicated to reach but the hotel team was reachable on whatsapp every step of the way. The service was personalised and they assisted with any requirements I had. Food was amazing and presented very well. The room was amazing with a private infinity pool overlooking the mountains, the most peaceful and enriching stay.

The breakfast was good, and I tried their à la carte menu, which had a wide variety of options. It seems like they've really improved their menu. The location was stunning and definitely puts you in holiday mode. make sure you go to see the waterfall nearby it's an amazing experience.

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa 01 at Celestial Hills. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The facilities were top-notch, providing every comfort and convenience I could ask for. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, offering a calm and peaceful environment that was perfect for relaxation. Everything was to my liking, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. <3

Celestial Hills is located at the stunning natural beauty of Kandy. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists and staff were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. I really loved the private plunge pool and the mountains views.
