We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel truly valued as guests. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The only small inconvenience was the distance to the city center. We had hoped to walk, but it was a bit too far — although transport options were available.

Swimming pool, big spaces. The team is always willing to help, they parked our car every night in their safe parking spot. They have only 10 rooms and the property comes with greenery. We tried the hammam package with Fatima, she was a super star. She made us feel comfortable and her massage was the best we had!

There were not many staff members around, making the waiting time longer for breakfast or anything you ask for. The place has an amazing potential, but I don’t feel it reflect the 5 star service I was expecting.

If you’re looking for the feel of a Riad but without the madness of the Medina then this is the place for you! We didn’t want to go to a hotel that felt like it could be anywhere in the world. So this gave us that Moroccan feel but with the comfort of a swimming pool and a bit of outside space. The staff all worked very hard and wanted to try and make your stay as good as possible. Laurent, the night porter, was so good and super helpful in particular. He stayed late to help us and his English was great too which really helped. I would recommend staying here rather than in one of the big faceless hotels for the full Moroccan experience. Taxis are easy to get in and out.

The bed was very hard and sometimes they seemed a little overwhelmed by trying to carry out guest requests. They don’t have any computerised system so lots of bits of paper for things which can get lost. They could do with more pool towels and glasses as well as maybe a glass automatic dishwasher. But it all added to the quirkiness! They could maybe do with an extra staff member for their busy times at the bar/food area. If they had Laurent doing pool and lunch service all day it would be great! I think they definitely could have made more money out of us if there had been someone around more to get drinks and snacks throughout the day if you were staying by the pool. I guess its getting the balance between people not being around and then everyone coming at once.
