Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful...everyone goes out of their way to look after you! This place is a beautiful mini oasis, so calm and tranquil! Great food, especially breakfast! Definitely recommend having a massage too! We will definitely be going back there again next year. Thank you!

Magnifique hôtel intimiste et paisible. Le cadre est incroyable, calme et situé pas trop loin du centre (18min a peu prêt). Le personnel est génial, le restaurant est très bon avec le talentueux chef Mohamed. Mention spéciale pour Yassine qui a été formidable comme hôte a l'écoute, attentif et aux petits soins pour un service impeccable. Je recommande

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They really strive to make you happy, are very helpful and really care to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable. The hotel grounds look really nice and the breakfast was also nice & filling.

Had some issues with the room which required me to swap rooms which was an inconvenience. The maintenance, repairs, cleanliness and daily cleaning could be much better. Also the lunch & dinner menu & quality of food needs improvement.

We had such a lovely stay here and really enjoyed the peace & quiet after a few nights in the medina! Every single person working here was very welcoming and kind. Great facilities both inside the room and outside. The breakfast was tasty too. The taxi to the city centre is 15-20mins and we never had to wait more than a few minutes.

No major negatives stood out for us - would happily stay here again

Het personeel was supervriendelijk. Bij binnenkomst 's ochtends maakte Yassine dadelijk onze 2 latte Machiato's. We werden steeds vriendelijk begroet en aangesproken met de vraag of ze ons nog ergens mee van dienst konden zijn. Het contacteren van een taxi, tips geven voor uitstappen, een hamam-sessie reserveren,... ze deden het allemaal met een smile!

Het weer was wat minder maar daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen. We waren duidelijk voor de start van het 'echte seizoen' waardoor er weinig leven was. Dit hadden we niet goed ingeschat op voorhand.
