We were kindly upgraded to a royal suite, and it was absolutely amazing — spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional: extremely kind, attentive, and au petit soin at all times. A very special thank you to Sanaa, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. Although the property is not in the city center, it is very easy to access. The atmosphere is cosy, quiet, and perfect for relaxing away from the noise. For us, this was a 5-star experience, and we would absolutely come back.

Le calme des lieux, la décoration des extérieurs et de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner.

L'éloignement de Marrakech (et donc le coût des transfert en taxi) ; les finitions de la chambre sont pas top top pour le standing affiché de l'hôtel (l'évacuation de la douche refoule, le flexible de douche est rouillé, etc.).

Absolutely incredible hotel, staff were friendly and attentive, facilities were great, the fact there are only a handful of rooms means that you often feel like you have the place to yourself. The food was nice and the chef was so lovely, he cooked us food to order and he even gave us a cheesecake that he had been experimenting with adding to the menu, which was a very nice personalised touch. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, no complaints whatsoever. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Le gérant est au top il nous a bien accueilli toujours au petit soin. Si on a la moindre question il est là. L’hôtel est d’une propreté incroyable. Les chambres sont magnifiques et le cadre est reposant et typiquement marocain. C’est un havre de paix!
