"Amazing Food and Service"

The food was delicious, especially the pasta and pizza, which were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Saman, who went out of the way to ensure a special request was taken care of.

"Amazing staff make this gorgeous hotel even better."

The staff were superbly attentive. They remembered it was our honeymoon and not only left us a little card and cake in our room, but also very kindly upgraded us. We ate in the rooftop restaurant and the sushi was delicious and fresh. The room itself was gorgeous and very spacious. We had to leave early the next day, so the staff arranged for a takeaway breakfast - including pastries, fruit, sandwiches and two coffees. They were so thoughtful. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We're only sad that our flight was delayed and we didn't get to spend more time here. I'd recommend this as a perfect base in Colombo.

"Good experience, will come back again"

Located at the older town of Galle Road, beautiful view to the sea where you can see a trains running along the coastline and daily cinematic sunset. Colombo Kitchen in Sheraton Hotel serves a good spread of international and local breakfast buffet, great flavors just perks me up to get ready for the day. Can’t say the same for their Ala carte dinner selections though. Service is top notch, staff members are friendly and helpful, special mention to Supun, the waiter, had been welcoming, genuine and provided excellent hospitality throughout my 5 days stay.

"Bayu new menu"

I had Sichuan pork belly, xo shrimp and sushi. They all taste delicious. I’d recommend. Grimhan and Ransara, the waiters, were helpful suggesting us good food and took care of our table.

I had a great experience with the room service at the Sheraton Colombo. Kasun was the staff who delivered my meal was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. His warm attitude made the service feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
