Lovely spacious room, helpful staff. Clean. Nice balcony. Off the main road which was nice, close to the beach.

Train very loud.

Lucky, the Ukrainian lady (so sorry can’t remember your name) and the other staff working there were so lovely and helpful. Location is really close to Main Street/beaches, restaurants, shops etc. lovely juice at breakfast - long breakfast service until 11am. Room so cheap but still get eggs and toast and jam and very nice butter :)

Towels didn’t smell very fresh, the corridors smell quite strongly and are very hot. You can hear the trains but like once a day and really don’t think it’s an issue.

Nice location close to the beach and to the market. Very friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast.

No credit card accepted. The lobby a bit humid, but the room with air con it was better

It was a Beautiful room with a nice clean bathroom and an balcony. There was a well working AC. The breakfast was good and available from 8-11. when we arrived they showed us a map with all the best places to go to.

Everything was good. Good to know that in Hikkaduwa are a lot of Russian people.

Location was very good, close to turtle beach. Employees were friendly, rooms very clean and they helped us with the transportation to and from airport. Also the contact with the owner was very easy.

Rooms are noisy due to the railway across the street, so maybe not the best option in case of light sleepers

The room was large and clean. Bathroom was very good with hot water and large shower. Breakfast was good but only western style, local one has to be ordered in advance. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to keep the luggage beyond the check out time and we were able to use the shower after. The location is good, 2 min from the beach.

The pictures don't show well that the hotel is located right at the train tracks, it is quite noisy in the night. On top it's close to the main street that is also very crowded, so the setting is not very relaxing. The guests are requested to leave the shoes outside and walk with bare feet inside all hotel spaces.
