Great location, big room, good view, excellent customer service by the staff.

Spacious comfortable room, with lovely glass doors out to balcony. Lovely environment to be in.

Good location to go to the beach and Main Street Very close to train rails though, which can be heard very clearly, but only few trains at night Staff was very friendly

The entire hotel smells very damp and there were spots of mold visible Furniture, sheets etc very old Cockroach in the bathroom

Nice room & balcony and great location. Staff was helpful and nice as well.

The only downside is the train tracks running right next to the hotel. It wasn’t a big problem for us though, just bring good ear plugs :)

Very impressed at the quality and comfort for the price. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve had in Sri Lanka so far. I also appreciated the balcony and the small fridge in the room. A/C worked well. We briefly met the owner and he was very welcoming to us.

Some reviews mention the noise from the trains passing by, it didn’t really disturb me as there aren’t many trains at night.

This was my 3rd stay at this place. The staff is just incredible. They provide amazing service. They do have as well 2 more properties if you wish to try different things they have the L&D accomodation and L&D Stay Inn. This guys will provide you whatever you need with affordable prices.
