El alojamiento estaba bien pero no correspondia a el que se muestra en las fotos.

Los fotos no corresponden al departamento ofrecido. En las fotos se aprecia una porcion de cielo mientras que el departamento otorgado se encontraba en el segundo piso sin ninguna vista a las afueras.

it is relatively far from the city centre, but on the other hand you'll find restaurants, shops ecc. close by

The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Having the washer / dryer in unit was amazing and the TV also came with lots of streaming services. The check-in and out was easy and simple and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, only a couple minutes walk to the heart of Barranco and a couple minutes to Miraflores as well. There is a little store right next to the building and a bakery down the street. We loved our stay!

Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided and no laundry detergent in the apartment, but that’s not really a necessity so not a big deal at all.

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid at all costs! Our stay at Wynwood House Lima was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no record of our confirmed booking via Booking.com. Completely unprofessional and stressful after a long journey. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, we were relocated to a different property, which was far from acceptable. They told us it was an issue with the system and the already booked apartment was overbooked. The new place had an open window construction, letting in cold air during winter – we literally froze all night. This is absolutely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. To make matters worse, when I asked to store my luggage after checkout, the staff flatly refused at the reception. Only after a long and exhausting discussion were we granted a late check-out — just 2.5 hours extra, which was treated as a big favor. No customer service and very long waiting time, no understanding, and no empathy -except the phrase we help you…. Absolutely horrible experience. I would never recommend Wynwood House to anyone. The lack of organization, hospitality, and basic comfort made our stay a disaster. I know mistakes can happen, but your far away from home, you only want to check in after a long flight, and running thru the streets with all your luggage is the last thing you wanna do.

Not perfect but overall, happy. We had the suite - the extra space with kitchen, balcony, and large windows was very nice. At first glance, the room is stunning, then you notice small blemishes throughout; mold in the shower, tears in the curtain, stains on the ceiling, flat bed pillows, and the couch felt dirty. My biggest gripes were the hot water running out very quickly and not being able to request fresh towels, as this is more of apartment-type living, which I must have missed in details. Location is also loud - dogs and car honks all night. Property felt safe with front desk security all night. Not enough restaurants within a 5 min walk, but many options within 10-15 mins. 20 min walk to Larcomar in one direction or Barranco bridge of sighsin the other⁰ and right next to the ocean.
