Pool, space, amenities.

Way way way too hot. Apparently the hotel only gives you a single low powered fan for a two bedroom apartment. We requested many times to get a second fan for the second bedroom for sleeping in 30+degree summer in Lima, and they said they had already given us one as a courtesy and more was not possible.

Great location in Barranco overlooking park, nice rooftop with pool and gym ( but time restrictions apply) , modern building , good lifts , washer dryer

We stayed here for 9 nights for which period it’s fine but as we need to do our own catering the kitchen equipment is basic and the management will not supply any more when requested ( only a single very small tea towel / huge saucepans but nothing small/ no regular change of sheets unless requested / no plug for sink which caused a blockage ( they don’t supply one because apparently they get stolen !!!!- minor things but irritating nontheless. We had planned to return later for a longer period but after the experience this stay and though we had “free cancellation “ it took a month to get our refund ( less a 3% platform fee)

The building and rooftop pool and leisure area were nice. The front desk personnel were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The washer dryer combo was excellent and runs a complete cycle so you can set it and head out for the day.

The couch was not comfortable at all, and the seat and cushion covers were very dirty and in need of cleaning. The refrigerator needed to be wiped down as did the doors, walls and trim. The pull-down blinds were in disrepair and clanked against the window trim with any amount of airflow. No air conditioning or heating available.

We really enjoyed staying here, the perfect self-contained flat for visiting Lima, nice area and good transport links nearby, would recommend!

The location can not be beat. Barranco is a pleasant community that is still a bit safer than the rest of Lima. It is a place that you and many can walk around and feel relatively safe. There are some good restaurants near by and people can decide on their taste for food. Not too far away, in the southern part of Barranco, is one of the most famous Restarant in the world “Central”. Not a place for every body as you may spend over $600.00 on a meal. There are also very old and historical sites that are so amazing to see in Spring time when flowers decide to “engalar” the Bajada de los Baños and the “Puente de los Suspiros” an icon in Peruvian art and memories. I could go on about what is around but to not distract me from what I like about the property, The staff at the entrance were just great, The place downstairs is clean and well appointed. Very comfortable to have friends meet you there.

OK, now I come to the part that I least like to write about but if I don’t, the owners will fail to consider this as an important issue. Cleanliness is lacking. Why they don’t invest in a vacuum AND REALLY clean this place, beats me. Dust and dirt is prevalent all over the place. You may not notice it until you walk in and walk around. The kitchen was clean but then the ants came by and small flies joined. While using the broom in the closet, the broom was full of dirt and hair. So it spread the dirt around more than needed. The furniture had strands of hair on them. Who ever stayed there before us was shedding a lot of hair and we were the recipients of this donation. The towels looked like they had been through their last use. Not white or pleasant to look at but we only got just a shower and hand towels. Also the shower leaks water to the outside and there are no hooks to hang your clothes, only two for the towels. I am glad that the nights were getting warmer as the beds had only a flimsy cover and we had to turn on a portable heater unit to keep us warm. This was also accompanied by an “air purifier” that I am glad I look at the unit before I plugged it. It had accumulated the dirt of the many years of use it has had and was totally filfty. These units can be cleaned with a good vacuum, in case the owners do not know this. Had I turned this on, years of dirt and bacteria would have flown around the place. The bed was fine but the pillows were not good. Get rid of all the bad things and you may have a great place to stay. So, if the owners are reading this, please take care of those issues and people will flock to your place and be happy. And not get dazzled by the pretty pictures that are posted for this place, only to be disappointed by what they find.

Overall great! It was comfortable and someone always answered my questions promptly.

Not enough hot water for 3 people.

Very comfortable and a great location in Baranco. We didn’t use the kitchen, but would have if we had stayed more than 3 nights. Was good to have use of a washing machine!

Loved everything abt this appartment from the location to the temperature and amenities.very luxurious and the price unmatched my husband and i stayed at 6 hotels this trip and by far this was our favourite. The communication from wynwood staff as well was, top tier. walk to lancomer and so many great restaurants near by in the scenice neighbourhood. Wonderful Dog friendly park just outside the building.But the appartment was so comfortable you didnt want to leave. Tour operators pick up near by as well so no trouble getting around as a tourist.

Nothing at all no complaints from us wish we stayed longer

A lot of unnecessary stress, host first sends malicious links, then requests photos of documents and selfies connected to the PAYMENT. Big red flag.
