This a modern apt in a modern building and in a great location however it doesn’t have air conditioning. If come here during summers months the humidity is very high. Would I stay in the property again?; the answer is no. Let me explain. On my first day in Lima when I arrived at the apartment I was given a code to get into the apt. I left my stuff inside and went food shopping. I returned around 5:30pm and my code was no longer working so I couldn’t get in. Even house keeping couldn’t get in. It took them 2 hrs to get a technician to come and open the door. I missed my dinner reservation. The technician informed me that at some point after I checked-in they (not sure who they are) change the code (via the internet) but I was not informed. As a result of the heat & humidity we were taking 2 showers a day (morning & night) The only way to get some rest at night was to leave all the windows & door open and use an oscillating floor fan that was provided. You can imagined what happens to the bath towels after being used for two days 2Xday (we were given 2 bath & 1 wash cloth). I asked if they could provide 2 clean towels; and here is why I’m annoyed . You will think this was an opportunity for management to make things right after the horrible check-in experience. But no, they wrote back and said that it will cost me an additional &15.00 US. This was like throwing salt on the wound 😑. A little customer’s service would have gone a long way!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The design of both the building and the apartment itself were top notch, providing a luxury experience (especially for this price). The apartment was designed with care (not only aesthetically, but also practically). The furniture and appliances are of high quality as well. The top floor offers first class views of the ocean, lounge areas, a pool and a gym (with stellar ocean views as well) I appreciated the service provided by Wynwood. They were responsive to any question I had and proactively provided me with restaurant tips and asked me if everything was up to my expectations (which it certainly was!). The neighborhood is upscale and felt safe even in the evenings. It is walking distance to a large supermarket and countless restaurants. Overall, we were very impressed. If we ever come back to Lima we would absolutely come back!
