Clean, new, commutative stuff, amazing view

Many stairs to grabe your luggage through. Outside the building and inside as well. Not a deal breaker but be aware. Poor breakfast. Tiny toasted bread and a croissant. Not enough regarding the price. Eventually felt like we rented a room in some other people apartment. The maintenance workers were there all the time and it felt like zero privacy.

The views from location are excellent.

The views were stunning. I loved eating breakfast in the morning on the terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every day which was great. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful sea views and a pleasant walk to the center of town.

The room is part of an excellent small restaurant, La Finestrella. Wonderful location right above Marina Grande with a beautiful view across the bay of Naples onto Mount Vesuvius. The room is comfortably large and exceptionally clean and maintained. The staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful.

The location and view is great. Room size is good and aircon is amazing. The staff were lovely and very friendly.

As you’re basically staying in the reception of the hotel/restaurant it was constantly loud. We were woken up every morning around 7:30am due to loud talking and pots and pans clattering. Further the restaurant is open late so if you go to bed early it will be very noisy.

Lovely views, staff were amazing… really accommodating and went out of their way.

The service was exceptional. The room was wonderful and the view was spectacular. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Location was perfect to go anywhere in Sorrento and atmosphere, great room with a fantastic view. The room was always kept clean and well serviced.

We had breakfast as part of the booking but was not available due to us needing to leave early for tour arrangements. We had tours daily and it always leaves before 8am. When requested 15 minutes earlier than offered time - we were told no.

The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The location was great on Marina Grande, plenty of bars and restaurants, close to the beach and a short walk into the main area and Piazza Tasso. It exceeded our expectations. Valentina met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The room was perfect with a beautiful view and balcony. It was pristine and the main bar area of the hotel, La Finistrella was the most beautiful setting for drinks and breakfast. 5 starts from my partner and I on our honeymoon. We will definitely return and recommend. We hired a private boat to Capri which picked us up outside the hotel at the Marina.
