Staff was amazing & very helpful during our stay! Room was clean, and had hot water for an amazing shower after a long day. We would like to thank them for all of their accommodations. We can't wait to come back again in the future! - Makana & Grecia

They sent us a message to pick us up at the train station but after answering their questions to confirm the train time, no one replied. We went there ourselves because it’s not too far but if you have big luggage there are steep stairs to climb. When we got there, the receptionist just said “I saw your message”. After checking in, she accompanied us to our room, got in with her shoes and walked around making it dirty. We arrived late at night and had to wake up early in the morning. So we mostly wanted a shower and sleep but then the water was super cold. We mentioned that to the receptionist who called the manager Guido who told us for him it is warm. He went ahead multiple times in his boiler room maybe to fix it but it did not end up working for us. After insisting a lot with him, we gave up and just showered with the cold water. Everytime guido and the receptionist would come check the water in the bathroom they would also walk around in the bathroom with their shoes making it dirty because there was water everywhere. The bathroom smelled bad on top of it. The toilet paper was outside the bathroom, go figure out. Overall, this was probably the worst experience we had in Peru. Compared to other similarly rated hotel, this one was terrible at best.

The staff we very polite and nice, and the location is perfect.

Whenever we go to the reception we had to wait for someone to be there. And during our check out we had to leave the keys there because there was nobody.

The property is OK but some of the room amenities need some tuning or fixing for example, our bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbling, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and things in general looked like a refresh was needed. That being said, looking at the other buildings around here in Aguas Caliente, this could be the norm and standard, so can't say... Otherwise the room was clean and functional and there were no bugs whatsoever so that was the most critical aspect for us. Couple other things to consider: 60+ steps to climb up to the lobby of the property, there's a lot of humidity in the room because the property is near the forest, there can be some noise on some nights because of partying in town, but this was an issue for us only one night out of the two we stayed there and last thing is that the lobby front desk attendence is hit or miss, there isn't anyone there very often... That being said, all in all the staff is attentive and very helpful and we'd still recommend this property.. We were overall happy with this booking.

No one was there to meet us when we arrived at the train station even though I emailed three times we had no hot water for a day and a half. The manager seemed a bit overwhelmed though he was a nice enough guy breakfast had a nice view. bathrooms could be cleaner. The best thing about the property was how close it was to restaurants.

Location is very good, breakfast is nice, staff are great, and price is adequate.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the humidity is very high; water covering everything all the time and nothing dries (towels, bathing suits, bathroom walls . . .). Also, curtain lets too much light in and you can hear everyone and everything.

Hotel localizado próximo a praça central do Pueblo, porém em um beco com uma escadaria enorme para acesso.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was great. The hotel is managed by the owner and she was very accommodating. She even offer to keep our luggage in storage after checkout

O Gerente era amável e tinha boa vontade mas o quarto era muito úmido e cheurava a mofo. Quando chegamos não tinha agua quente pois é de praxe no Peru desligarem a agua quente depois das 18 hrs para economizar. A cama era grande assim como o banheiro mas uma das toalhas estava totalmente rasgada. Somente tinham uma mesa para o café da manhã pois alegaram estar reformando o refeitório mas o café da manhã era simples mas de qualidade. O lugar é bem central mas o acesso é feito através de uma escada úmida e ingreme que passa por lugares estranhos e mal cheirosos. O que compensa é o esforço do gerente em ajudar e ser simpático
