Gido was an awesome host and tour guide! Highly recommend this place. The views are great.

The location was good - only about 5 minutes from the train station and bus station. The bed was comfortable.

You can hear everything - we had a room on the main floor, and the walls are basically non-existent. You can hear every person who check-ins and leaves, people going up and down the stairs, whole conversations. There is a huge climb of stairs to get to the hotel. The breakfast was okayish - some selection but you had to ask for coffee refills and wait for someone to make you eggs.

The lady at the lobby was super nice! She even made us choose between two different rooms the one we liked more. We got the room with an outstanding view of the valley with no charge. The hotel is very centric and you can walk everywhere from there.

Had a mixed experience at NaturaLodge. There were some bright spots, such as making my friends and I to go breakfasts as we left at 5am for an early hike, and they were willing to hold our bags after checkout time of 10 until we returned from our hike.

The rooms have very little insulation, as the windows are quite thin (and noise from outside travels inside easily). I had booked a room with a balcony, though that wasn't offered. When I stated that it's not what I paid for, the staff reiterated that I have a large bed. The storage room isn't secured, and there was a lack of staff presence. When checking out there was no one at the reception.

Lo bueno: el personal es cariñoso y te guardan el equipaje. Lo malo: Se encuentra sobre la plaza principal lo que lo convierte en un espacio muy ruidoso ya que siempre hay eventos hasta tarde. No hay calefacción. En tres noches que nos hospedamos nunca vinieron a limpiar la habitación. Tuve que meterme a buscar papel higiénico al área de servicio porque no lo reponían. Es normal que no haya nadie en recepción. No son puntuales con el check-in. El wifi no funciona. Para costar 73 usd la noche el desayuno es pobre. Para llegar al hotel hay que subir como 30 escalones.

The property was very clean. The owner was helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was healthy and diverse.

Very friendly staffs. They were very willing to assist you in anyway they can including help with booking attractions, places to eat and more. The room was spacious and clean. I totally recommend it.
