It is very clean and well kept place. It was really easy to arange our check-in/check-out with the owner on a short notice. We enjoyed chilling on a beautifull porch. The beach is across the street and it is a nice walk to the centre (around 25 min), if you mind walking there are always tuk-tuks around. Lady who is taking care of the place, wonderful Asanka, is the one who made our stay really special. Thank you!

We loved how easy and clean this stay was. Great location being close to the airport with loads of local place to eat. We would 100% recommend to stay if you are needing somewhere to stay when arriving in Sri Lanka or on your way out.

Our 6 months stay in Sri Lanka has been extraordinary. The people from Sri Lanka are the most warm, kind and friendly that we ever met. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about "146 Homestay". While the lady in charge of maintaining and cleaning "146 Homestay" was an absolute gem, the owner's demeanour was shockingly contrary. Her arrogance was palpable, and she held herself in a manner that suggested she believed she was above everyone else. She was rude, and arrogant, and was gossiping directly looking at us. She denied us borrowing a kettle even though nobody was using that. Very unpleasant experience. She is definitely the worst person we met out of thousands during our entire stay in Sri Lanka.

"Perfect for a quick Stop in Negombo"

It's a quiet Place in the second row of Houses near the Main street (50meters). The price is pretty cheap for what you get. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are offering any Help they can. The room, bathroom, bedsheets and towels were clean. Nothing to complain about the hygene.

There was no mosquito net and no WiFi.
